OstroVit EAA is a powdered dietary supplement that provides essential exogenous amino acids (EAAs) to support muscle regeneration, prevent catabolism, and promote anabolic processes. Each 400g package contains 40 servings, with one serving consisting of 10g (1.5 scoops) to be dissolved in 200ml of water.
EAAs are a group of amino acids that the body cannot synthesize on its own and must be obtained through diet or supplementation. The OstroVit EAA formula includes the BCAA complex (leucine, valine, isoleucine) as well as lysine, threonine, phenylalanine, methionine, arginine, histidine, and tryptophan.
On training days, it is recommended to consume one serving before a meal or workout and another portion after training. On non-workout days, take one serving between two meals. The supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet, and the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
